Jaye is a recognized expert in the water treatment industry with over 50 years of experience and dozens of licenses and industry certifications. He founded ANMAC in 2001 with the goal of creating the nation's leading water treatment company, with a specific focus on excellent customer service. He always aims for ANMAC to be the best vendor on every property.

Maclen is a graduate of Harvard Law School and previously worked at one of the world's leading law firms. He currently focuses on leading ANMAC's significant nationwide growth and driving ongoing technological development. He has a particular interest in innovation, and he is always examining new methods to treat plumbing systems in cost-effective manners.

Neil began his career at ANMAC as a field technician. Through experience and dedication, he advanced into a pivotal executive leadership role. He manages all daily business operations, directs nationwide teams, expansion, and ensures flawless project execution.

Ashleigh is a graduate of Harvard Law School and former managing associate at Sidley & Austin, LLP. She plays a critical role helping ANMAC with compliance, permits, and our ever-growing national expansion.
